“Moroccan Paths” Fashion Show June 13th, 2017

The Higher School of Fashion Creation in Prague, in collaboration with the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in the Czech Republic and the Czech-Moroccan Circle of Friendship and Cooperation, organized on June 13, 2017, at the Czech Museum of music, a fashion show entitled "Moroccan Paths", which was attended by no less than 200 guests.
HE Souriya Otmani, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco in the Czech Republic, expressed in her address a big satisfaction for the valuable initiative of the management of the High School of Fashion Creation, to have organized this event, reflecting a real image of Morocco which easily combines both tradition and modernity.
Nine laureate’s students of year 2017, have chosen for their collections, different themes inspired by nature and culture in Morocco. For example, collection “Run Beyond” was focused on sports materials, or the collection "Enchanted" have found inspiration in the Sahara desert, with a pallet of sand colors, or the collection "The Rose" was inspired by the rose festival, which is held every year in Kalâat M'Gouna city.
After the parade, the laureates were congratulated for their outstanding work during the award ceremony, distributed by HE Ambassador Souriya Otmani, as well as by the Director of the School Ing. Marta Chvojková, and RNDr Zdeněk Táborský, President of the Czech-Moroccan Circle of Friendship and Cooperation.
The laureates left the parade area in an avalanche of applause and were invited, along with the other guests, to enjoy some specialties of Moroccan gastronomy, offered by the Moroccan Embassy in the Czech Republic.
